There is no ATM inside as the resort uses a cashless payment system. You need to buy and load a cash card from them or use a debit/credit card. Bringing in of outside food is prohibited.

• Cancellations must be done 24 hours prior to date of tour.
• There will be no refund for no-shows or on-the-spot cancellations.
• No exchange or refund, in full or in part, will be given for any unused portion or part of the tour or services.
• Management reserves the right to rebook to another date due to force majeure and bad weather conditions.
• Activities done beyond the scope of the itinerary are no longer the responsibility of management.
